No matter how long you choose to stay, all our offers include the most important components for therapeutic fasting. Our programmes are tailored to this and adjusted accordingly. For guests with a lot of time available, we recommend our BUCHINGER Harmony programme or our BUCHINGER Deceleration programme – over 21 or 28 days, therapeutic fasting will achieve the best results. For guests who have less time available, we have designed our BUCHINGER Concentration and our BUCHINGER Reflection treatment plans lasting 10 or 14 days. These programmes achieve excellent therapeutic fasting results even over shorter periods. An occasional lift or for a little time out, our guests can relax and lean back during our 7-day BUCHINGER Relaxation programme, whilst also discovering what our clinic has to offer.
