Aqua gymnastics, aqua jogging & swimming

Make use of our swimming pool – whether you prefer lane swimming or taking part in our aqua course – physical activity in water has specific benefits: buoyancy requires stronger muscle usage, but does not weigh down as much on the joints. You can train both stamina and muscles without risking excessive stress on the joints.

Opening hours swimming pool:
daily 6:30 – 22:00
