Educational tours of our organic garden

Our whole food approach to cooking incorporates regional and seasonal ingredients, many of which we grow in our own garden. Guests can get an impression during educational tours of the premises of the kinds of crops that we use, for example by discovering which vegetables are in season at any given moment. In this way we strengthen awareness not just of the body, but also of the food we eat.
