Autogenic Training

Autogenic Training is a form of relaxation that is based on autosuggestion – a form of self-hypnosis. By repeating so-called auto suggestive phrases in your mind (e. g. “I am calm and relaxed” or “my right arm is very heavy”), you encourage deep and healing relaxation in a comforting atmosphere of peace, warmth and tranquillity.
