150 ml rice milk
2 tablespoons linseed oil
5 walnuts
½ banana
1 piece of fresh ginger
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp. wheat germ
1 tsp cashew puree
4 broccoli florets
1 medium stalk of celery
1 handful baby spinach
Put all ingredients in a blender and puree.
Enjoy slowly by the spoonful and move in the mouth with the tongue before swallowing.
