1. The contract is deemed concluded when rooms are booked and confirmed or, if written confirmation is not possible for reasons of time, made available. Special agreements will only take effect when they have been confirmed by the management in writing. If the confirmation’s content deviates, this content will become binding for the guests if they fail to object within 10 days from receipt of confirmation.
    
2. The days of arrival and departure are calculated as 1 day, if the room is vacated before 11:00 CET. It cannot be guaranteed that you can move into your room before 14:30 CET on the day of your arrival. On the day of departure, if you vacate your room before 18:00 CET, half the daily rate will become payable, if after 18:00 CET, the full daily rate will become payable.
    
3. Individual room preferences will be taken into consideration as far as possible. As a clinic however, we are only able to get an overview of rooms to be vacated a few days in advance. Therefore, we are only able to give a binding confirmation for the selected room category.
    
4. We would like to ask you to pay a deposit of € 1000.00 per week of stay on the day of your arrival.
    
5. Appointments for individual treatments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, we will have to charge them to your invoice.
    
6. All services performed within the scope of your in-patient treatment will be invoiced to you directly at the end of your stay (private liquidation) and must be paid for in cash or by a valid EC card via the electronic card terminal of the clinic before departure.
    
7. The Staatsbad (state spa) Pyrmont charges a visitor’s tax, which has to be paid to us or directly to the spa administration.
    
8. Cancellation: All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations must be received by the clinic at least 20 days before the scheduled date of arrival; otherwise a booking fee will become due (70% of the daily rate for the booked period). In case of last-minute bookings, cancellations free of charge are impossible. The same applies to date changes: Departures before the agreed date must be announced 10 days in advance; otherwise the booking fee mentioned above will become due. In order to minimise your risk, we recommend you take out a travel cancellation expenses insurance.
    
9. Please take advantage of the possibility to store valuables in the room or clinic safe free of charge. However, the clinic cannot accept liability for such stored items, particularly for jewellery, documents and cash.
    

With booking you accept the existing rates and terms. Any previous information will become invalid. Prices are subject to changes.
