Influence and power over our life - a short seminary (3 hours)
Our relationship to our brothers and sisters is the longest in our life. An important subject that is often ignored.
In our sibling rivalries and connections, we train our behaviour during our later lives, be it coexistance, collaboration, consideration, conflict management etc.
The role of brother and sister in a family has wide-reaching consequences on the way our personality develops, career choices and relationship to our partner. Also, the way we treat our own children is strongly influenced by sibling constellations.
What are the causes for the emergence of negative feelings in a sibling constellation? How is reconciliation possible?
An insightful lecture and the following exchange in dialogue give suggestions for questioning own experiences and gaining a different appreciation of one's brothers and sisters.
The advisor is a psychologist and teacher at schools in Germany and abroad.
