You only have very little time – but you really should do something for your health? Take a short time-out, and let yourself be advised and cared for competently and holistically by our experienced Buchinger Team.
You can choose between a 3-day or 6-day introductory programme, which will give you a good insight into our treatment philosophy.
3 Day Compact Programme:
- Wholemeal nutrition from ecologically controlled cultivation, calorie-reduced
- Arrival on thursday: Introductory examination, preparation of your therapy plan, qigong, relaxation and meditation
6 Day Intensive Programme:
- Short fasting, certified-organic whole food (ovo-lactovegetarian) diet, modified for calories
- Weight reduction, change of diet, "detoxication / purification", stress relief, "body forming", motivational training, meditation,...
- Arrival on Sundays: initial examination, preparation of the treatment plan, Qigong
Please note that the above are arrangements for very limited stays – of course, for the classic Therapeutic Fasting according to Dr. Buchinger for example, you should schedule a stay of 2-4 weeks. Another alternative for very hard-working professionals is the 11-day Buchinger Vital Fasting.
